Mineral Soak Directions: Fill the bath with hot comfortable water. Add ½ cup to 1 cup (depending on desired intensity, more is not necessarily better) to the hot water and swish to disburse the soak throughout the bath. Get in and get comfortable. Breathe deeply for a minute or so. Bathe in the soak and cleanse the soul. When you're ready to exit, do so slowly, there may be changes in your equilibrium.
Soap Directions: Make a rich lather on wet skin. For best results, leave on for at least 3 minutes then rinse well.
Salt Scrub Directions: Massage Mike's Salt Scrub into wet skin in circular motions with a focus on areas of soreness. Rinse thoroughly. Best used in the bath or shower.
